Parent Forum - Tuesday 1 October

Parent Forum Tuesday 1 October 5-6pm
We know that effective communication with families is key to ensuring that all students are successful at university or a real alternative. Every half term, we will host a Parent Forum in our Unity Community. Each event will have a particular focus, with short presentations and information delivered by key staff between 5:00pm and 5:30pm. Following this, Senior Leaders will be available for 30 minutes until 6:00pm to speak to families about anything they would like to discuss. Refreshments, including free hot dogs, and an under 5s play area are available for families to use.
This time, the focus is literacy and post-16 options. There will also be a pop-up uniform shop with a limited amount of stock available to buy. Orders can be placed and will be delivered to school free of charge. We will also be on-hand with details and suggestions of local activities to enjoy with your children during the October holidays. The event is open to families of all year groups. If you have questions about how best to support your Y7 student following receiving their Reading Report on Settling In Evening, or if you have a Y11 student who is getting ready for their next round of mocks but needs some support with next steps, we are here and keen to help. We look forward to seeing you there.
