Mark Morgan

Operations Business Manager (PFI)

Mark is a highly motivated and ambitious operations and business management professional. Originally from Sheffield, he moved to Leeds in 2007 to work as part of the Operational Management Team at Active Leeds.

His career has extended 20 years in operational management within the Sport, Fitness and Leisure Industry. He is currently studying for a Senior Leadership Master’s Degree (MBA) at Leeds Beckett University. He moved to Dixons Unity Academy as Operations, Business and PFI Manager in September 2021. He leads the PFI contract management, Health & Safety, Finance, and HR functions of the Academy.

Mark is committed to challenging educational and social disadvantage, by providing strategic and operational leadership within the Academy, to achieve the highest possible standards to prepare all our learners to lead successful lives.
