Year 10 Student Experience Day - Friday 5 July

Posted 22nd May 2024

Dear Families

Year 10 Student Experience Day 5 July

We are pleased to announce that our much-anticipated Student Experience Day will take place for Year 10 students on Friday 5 July. Planned in response to feedback from students and parents, the event promises to be an unforgettable day filled with opportunities for personal growth.

On the day, timetabled lessons will not take place and, instead, students will take part in an activity of their choice. The list of activities that students can select from is below. Some will be free to students, and some require a payment from families. We are able to offer a limited amount of financial support for families who need it, through funds raised at recent Unity Community events. We intend to extend Student Experience Day to other year groups in the future.

Please discuss the options with your child and identify a first and second choice experience. We hope to be able to offer all students their first choice, but this may not be possible in all cases.
